If you love the fun and vibrant look of the comic book culture and prop craze, then you will have a blast adding these effects to your images. For my use, I generally like to take apps like this and find a way to add them to my photos in a more subtle approach. I do this with the other Dropico apps such as TapFX and WowFX. Obviously, some of these pop art effects are pretty “in your face”….literally! Have fun with a crazy mustache, googly eyes, and dramatic jewelry. My approach would more likely be to select something from the “people” or “animals” category and add a silhouette image into my sunset image. I love shooting silhouettes of my family, and capturing natural silhouettes of surfers on the beach. I think this category will be one that many users who haven’t figured out how to take (or have the opportunity) a real silhouette will enjoy. There are also great effects to add when you are doing some extreme editing. As I always say, to each their own! Every mobile photographer takes an app and uses it to their own editing style. Do that with PopFX and you’ll guarantee yourself some fun.
